The Market on Millstream required a very simple starter web site to ease them into the technology arena. Two of the most important items for them was publishing the weekly flyer, and advertising job postings. Star Global also implemented a time post on the weekly flyer, so no matter what time it was uploaded to the server, it would publish the lasted copy of the flyer exactly at midnight on a certain day of the week.
